Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees when canceling your stay:
Free cancellation 14 days before arrival
100% of the reservation price if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival
(for reservations with arrival from 6. 2. 2025 to 8. 2. 2025)

1. Prices and services
Approximate prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials (websites, brochures, etc.). However, the price listed in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. The scope of contractually agreed services and prices is bound by their breakdown in the voucher. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases that it cannot influence (e.g. force majeure).
2. Cancellation of stay by the customer
The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) to the address recepce@aparthotel-jablonec.cz. The decisive factor for determining the cancellation period is the date and time of sending the email.
For larger groups, individual cancellation fees can be negotiated.
The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the above-mentioned cancellation fees if he/she was unable to use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his/her family, serious illness, draft order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to provide the accommodation provider with written evidence of the above-mentioned facts no later than 3 days after their occurrence.
3. Validity
These business and cancellation terms and conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher.
